Coaching is an interactive experience where together we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

While all coaches have value to offer my style is unique in that I am here to help you see your true potential in any step of the process. Women who are already considering to become a SMBC are already strong, independent and bright women. I will work with you to harness the true potential you already have within you.

You don't initially. This is why I offer a free initial discovery call. During this call we will discuss the support you are seeking and the coaching process/style that I use. We can then evaluate next steps and types of programs I have available to fit your needs.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

Absolutely! I offer evening, weekend, and morning time slots as well. 

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
